FDM 3D PRINTING

In this 3D printing method plastic filament goes through the hot nozzle, melts and is applied to the surface by thin layer, with 0.06 - 0.3 mm common thickness. Thus layer by layer the model is created. It is possible to print mechanical parts (like gears), prototypes, figurines, covers, enclosures and other.

Maximum size is 300x300x300 mm.

LCD 3D PRINTING

The model is created by luquid photopolymer (resin) solidification, caused by ultraviolet light. It is more precise than FDM 3D printing. Common layer thickness is 0.03 to 0.10 mm. It is possible to print items for dentistry, jewelry, master models for molding, figurines and other.

Maximum size is 134х84х165 mm.

3D SCANNING

3D scanning is a process of creating digital 3D model from physical. 3D scanner is moving around an object and creates plenty of shots measuring the distance from scanner to different points of the object. The gathered data is processed by software that generates digital 3D model - the copy of physical one. The created digital model can be edited if nessecary and 3D printed. We offer you 3D scanning with accuracy 0.15mm.

FDM PRINTING MATERIALS:

PLA (poly lactic acid) is environmentally friendly plastic based on corn starch or sugarcane.It begins to deform at 60 °C. Smooth and shiny, it gives an attractive look to the printed model.
ABS (Acylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) - is a common thermoplastic polymer. It is resilient, humidity resistant and begins to deform at 100 °C, not food safe.
ASA (Acrylonitirle Styrene Acrylate) is a UV-resistant engineering-grade weatherable polymer with similar to ABS mechanical properties.
Nylon (polyamide) is durable, strong interlayer bond and high friction resistant material. It is a good choice for movable parts like gears. Nylon is also a bit flexible.
PC (polycarbonate) is strong, stiff, high impact resistant material. It also has high glass transition temperature - 110 °C.
TPS (thermoplastic copolyester) is a flexible rubberlike weatherable material. It is resistant to abrasion, oil and grease impact.
Other material types can also be used. We will help you to choose the one for your need.

Prices:

The cost of 1 gram is from 0,20 to 2,00 BYN. It depends on 3d printing type, layer thickness, nozzle diameter (for FDM 3D printing), material type, amount of 3D printing. To know exact price you should send file(s) of your 3D design and tell requirements to the printed item.

In case you don't have 3D design file
you can order 3D modeling or 3D scanning. 3D modeling can be free when amount of printing is large.

3D scanning price - 50 BYN. It can cost less if it is ordered with 3D printing.
